    Tuesday. Superego presentation on the morning. Not that I agree with everything, but the idea of the Id, the Ego and the Superego is really interesting. After a group dynamic, what was really surprising, is that everybody seems to share lots of common confusion and doubts. It helps us to develop more empathy with each other. The main goal is to achieve awareness and learn how to deal with the little voice inside your head.

    Sunday. Day to sleep a bit more and be able to do important things that you simply forget during the week. Like buying food and a new blanket. Things that if you think for a while, are actually more important than implementing a binary search, isn’t it?

    Saturday. Here at DBC, is like a less crowded week day, just a bit. Even though I stayed until midnight everyday, unsolved problems kept accumulating throughout the week. And guess what, there are weekend exercises as well.

    Pairing is tricky, you usually learn a lot, but not specifically about code. Sometimes you learn about code, sometimes you teach something and practice how to teach, and always can learn on how to better express yourself and treat people, it’s a rich experience. It’s not useful to just give/ask the answers to your pair, the important part is to make sure that both understand what is being done and agree with it, mainly on the details, even indentation and variable naming, keyboard shortcuts, and many other things, that’s how to get the best of it.
